• Every orders are sent with the services from Bpost (Belgium post) and Colissimo (French post). The small goods (less than 3 cm high) are sent by PRIOR letter size. The bigger goods (more than 3 cm high) are sent as various parcel size. You can track your parcel on Bpost and Colissimo webpages.
  
  

  

• Shipments to Belgium are sent with Bpost 24H service. The shipments are insured at 100%. Delivery within 24 to 48h. Add 3 to 15 days delay for any goods not in our stock.
  
  
• Shipments to France are sent with Bpost or Colissimo services. The shipments are insured at 100%. Delivery within 2 to 4 working days. Add 3 to 15 days delay for any goods not in our stock.
  
  
• Shipments to Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and to Switzerland are sent with Bpost service. The shipments are insured at 100%. Delivery within 2 to 4 working days. Add 3 to 15 days delay for any goods not in our stock.

• Every shipment Miniatures Autos Motos are wrapped in bubble envelope specially designed for transport or in boxes adapted for manipulation. The goods are well protected. If at delivery time you notice the packaging is damaged, be sure to notify on proof of delivery before signing for reception.
  
  
• Delivery delays vary between 24 to 48h (Belgium), 2 to 4 working days (countries close to Belgium) and 10 working days (outside Europe). Add 3 to 15 days delay for any goods not in our stock.
  
  
• The online Tracking is possible for every shipments to Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, for the majority of shipments in Europe, and certain shipments outside Europe.
