Terms of sale

• Any Buyer who orders on this website and online Miniatures Minichamps store, accepts the general sales conditions described below.
  
  
• All visible www.miniatures-minichamps.com prices on the website and in the store agree and includes all taxes and only valid while consulting the website. Prices are subject to sensiblly increase or decrease depending on other criteria left to the discretion of Miniatures Autos Motos. Prices of items already ordered can no longer change. Prices of pre-ordered items can change depending of the effective price at the moment the model is available.
  
  
• All images used on the website www.miniatures-minichamps.com belong to their respective owners and are protected by the right to intellectual property and copyright.
  
  
• Purchases are made on website www.miniatures-minichamps.com through a secure shopping cart system. Once you have finished shopping, you will be prompted to enter your information (address, etc,..) and to pay the amount of your order via Ogone secure transaction systems.

• Once a new model is anounced, you can pre-order it. The order is saved and we book/block the model for you. More informations on pre-orders in the FAQ of the store.
  
  
• About preorders note that the preorder price announced on the model page is the price communicated at the time of the model's announcement by the manufacturer. This price is given as an indication and may be subject to change depending on the manufacturer's price at the time of the actual availability of the model. But you will still get a 10% pre-order discount no matter what.
  
  
• All orders will be confirmed and validated once payment received. An Order can be modified or cancelled at any moment while the customer has not received the confirmation in the secure order process. If the payment of an order does not arrive within 7 days (15 days for bank transfer), Miniatures Minichamps has the right to cancel the order.
  
  
• Miniatures Autos Motos will not be responsable of any late delivery delays. The delays are giving as information and the increased delay can not give the right to the customer to refuse his order or to ask for any interests or compensation.
  
  
• In the case of a delivery outside European Union, the additional custom taxes and paperwork will be for the customer to pay. The customer has to check the possibility of import of the goods ordered regarding the law of the country of destination.
  
  
• The Terms and general sale conditions are fully governed by the Belgian law. Only the courts will have jurisdiction in any dispute. If it turns out that one of the conditions of sale was unlawful, void or non-binding, the other conditions, fully valid and binding, still remain.
  
  
  

Informations on after sales service :

• RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS
  
  You have the possibility to return all goods ordered on www.miniatures-minichamps.com and it's store before 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of reception, with the belonging invoice.
  
  The refund will be based on the price of the goods, except charges relative to the sale (shiping costs, paypal/Ogone costs if there was some).
  
  Always wait for our confirmation before returning goods.
  
  
  
• YOU RECEIVE A DAMEGED ITEM
  
  In case you receive a damage item at delivery time, please send us an e-mail the same day at contact (@) miniatures-minichamps.com
  You will be asked to send us pictures of the damaged item.
  
  Always wait for our confirmation before sending us back an item. We will send you back a new item, no extra cost and pay back the return costs (the price of the invoice for the return).
  
  If you see the parcel is damaged at delivery time, please notify it on proof of delivery before signing for reception.
  
  
  
• YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
  
  If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks (21 days) after sending date, please contact us and we will find a solution quickly. (Refund or new sending of initial order if items still in stock).
